3.2 Service Availability

While we strive for 24/7 availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs that temporarily affect availability. We will provide advance notice when possible.

3.3 No Warranty

Our services are provided "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• All barcodes will function in all systems or applications.
• Generated barcodes will be error-free.
• The platform will be compatible with all devices or software.
• Barcodes will remain valid indefinitely.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Accepted Payment Method

We accept payment via credit and debit cards only. Payment is processed securely through our authorized payment processor. We do NOT accept cash, checks, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency at this time.

4.2 Pricing and Fees

All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. Pricing changes will not affect existing orders.

4.3 Payment Processing

• Payment is processed immediately upon order submission.
• Your card will be charged at the time of purchase.
• You will receive an order confirmation and invoice via email.
• Failed payments will result in order cancellation.
• Multiple failed attempts may lock your account temporarily.

4.4 Billing Disputes

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent policies or limits.
• Using barcodes for illegal products or activities.
• Interfering with platform operation or other users' access.
• Violating intellectual property or privacy rights.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Platform Ownership

Our platform, including its design, functionality, content, code, and structure, is our exclusive intellectual property. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

6.2 Barcode Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the generated barcodes for your intended products or purposes. You may:

✓ Download and print the barcode files for your products.
✓ Use barcodes in product packaging, labels, and marketing materials.
✓ Share barcode data with manufacturers, distributors, and retailers as needed for business purposes.

You may NOT:

✕ Resell or redistribute barcode files.
✕ Use barcodes for unauthorized products or purposes.
✕ Claim ownership or authorship of the barcodes.
✕ Modify or alter the barcode images.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, data corruption, or indirect/consequential damages.

7.2 Liability Cap

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of our platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against any third-party claims, damages, or costs arising from your usage structure, violations of these terms, or product liabilities.

9. Account Termination

9.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. downloaded barcodes remain active.
9.2 Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice for term breaches, fraud activities, or legal violations.

10. Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing legal action, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve disputes informally by sending detailed information to support@gs1upc.shop.

11. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You are strictly prohibited from using our platform to facilitate counterfeit products, illegal distributions, transmission of malware, or identity misrepresentations.

12. GDPR and Data Protection

13. Changes to Terms
