Our barcode products are digital deliverables provided immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, we have implemented this Refund Policy to balance customer satisfaction with fair business practices. Please review the conditions below carefully.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 Barcode Purchase Refunds

Refund requests for barcode purchases are eligible under the following conditions:

  • Timing: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 business days of purchase.
  • Unused Product: The barcodes must not have been downloaded, printed, or used in any capacity.
  • Registered Purchase: The purchase must be made through an active account on our platform.
  • Valid Reason: The request must include a legitimate reason (e.g., duplicate purchase, incorrect selection, technical issue).
2.2 Non-Eligible Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • • Barcodes have been downloaded and accessed.
  • • Barcodes have been printed or used on product packaging.
  • • Barcode files have been shared with manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers.
  • • Custom barcode generation or special requests have been fulfilled.
  • • Bulk orders or volume purchases with confirmed delivery.
  • • Requests submitted after 3 business days of purchase.
  • • Payments that have already been processed as part of multiple transactions.

3. How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Log into your account on our platform.

Step 2: Navigate to "My Orders" or "Purchase History".

Step 3: Locate the barcode purchase you wish to refund.

Step 4: Click "Request Refund" and provide your reason alongside details confirming barcodes remain unused.

Step 5: Submit your request. Our support team will review it within 2 business days.

4. Refund Review and Processing

  • Review Period: We review all refund requests within 2-3 business days.
  • Approval Notification: You'll receive email confirmation of approval or rejection with explanation.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card).
  • Bank Processing: Your bank may require 3-5 additional business days to reflect the refund.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following scenarios:

  • • You purchased multiple barcode packs and only partially used them - we may refund the unused portion.
  • • Technical issues prevented you from accessing specific barcodes.
  • • A service error on our part resulted in duplicate charges.

6. Exceptions and Special Cases

  • 6.1 Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you were charged twice for the same purchase due to platform error, we will automatically refund the duplicate charge upon verification.
  • 6.2 Technical Issues: If you cannot download or access purchased barcodes due to our platform error, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
  • 6.3 Payment Disputes: If you dispute a charge through your bank or credit card company without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation.

7. Non-Refundable Services

The following services and items are non-refundable:

  • • Custom barcode design or modification services.
  • • Bulk orders with confirmed specifications.
  • • Priority support or expedited processing fees.
  • • Consulting services or technical assistance.
  • • Downloaded and used barcode files.

8. Abuse Prevention

To maintain fair policies for all customers, we track refund patterns. Customers with excessive refund requests may have their account suspended or access restricted. Attempting to circumvent this policy through multiple accounts or fraudulent claims may result in permanent account termination.

9. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Existing customers will not be affected by changes for transactions already completed.
